Tickets & cancellations
Public tour tickets are non-refundable unless we cancel the tour. With more than 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule or switch to another tour, paying only any difference in ticket price. Booking, processing and ticket service fees are third-party charges and are non-refundable.
Deposits for private trips, weddings and groups
A 50% deposit secures your contracted date and time. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable for any reason. If your plans change, we'll apply your deposit as a credit toward a future booking.
Changes to the contracted time of service need our written approval. Private events have a three-hour minimum. Need something shorter? Give us a call at (912) 638-3333 and we'll see what we can do. A credit card is required; all major cards are accepted.
Arrival
Boarding starts 15 minutes before departure (10 minutes for the sunset cruise), and we leave on time. Late arrivals may be left behind with no refund and no rescheduling.
Weather
We make the weather call and will contact the person on the reservation if a tour is canceled. Trolleys have roll-down weather curtains, and in bad weather or extreme heat or cold we may use an all-weather bus or minibus instead.
Food, drinks and alcohol
You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol for guests 21 and over. Please bring cans or plastic rather than glass on any tour.
Pets and balloons
Leashed dogs are welcome on our St. Simons and Jekyll trolley tours. Please call (912) 638-3333 when you book so we know a dog is coming.
Please don't bring pets on our boat tours or the Jekyll Christmas lights bus. There just isn't enough room for them.
Please leave balloons at home for boat tours. They can end up in the water, where they hurt sea turtles and other wildlife.
Wildlife
Dolphins and other wildlife are wild animals, so sightings can't be guaranteed. By federal law we can't feed, touch or handle dolphins. We observe them from a safe distance.
Gratuities
Gratuities for your guide, driver or crew aren't included but are always appreciated for a job well done.

Privacy
